How do I set Casino game limits?

You can set Casino game limits from the Responsible Gaming section of your account.

Desktop software

• Go to 'Tools' → 'Responsible Gaming' → 'Restrict Casino Limit'.

Mobile app

• Go to 'Account' → 'Responsible Gaming Settings' → 'Restrict Casino Limit'.

Website

• Go to 'Account' → 'Responsible Gaming' → 'Restrict Casino Limit'.

 

What happens when I set Casino game restrictions?

Restrictions apply only to the selected game category.

• Each category is independent
• Other game types are not affected

If you select 'DON'T PLAY':

• You cannot access the selected game

You can block all casino games by selecting 'Block All Casino Games'.

 

When will my limit changes apply?

• Decreases take effect immediately
• Increases or removals are applied after 24 hours

You can update or remove limits using the same menu.

 

What should I do if my restriction was not applied?

Report the issue immediately if the restriction you requested was not applied.
