ACCOUNT OPENING PROCEDURES AND VERIFICATION

  1. You need to create an account to use PokerStars services.
  2. Only Bulgarian residents can register an account on www.pokerstars.bg website.
  3. Temporary visitors in Bulgaria are not allowed to register on www.pokerstars.bg website.
  4. Access to PokerStars websites serving other regulated regions while physically located in Bulgaria is not permitted.
  5. Access to www.pokerstars.bg website while physically located outside Bulgaria is permitted except while located in other regulated regions, such as Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland, Spain, or the United Kingdom.
  6. To start the account creation process, you must choose a username and secret password, and provide your email address.
  7. You will also need to provide your personal identification number, which can be either your Unified Civil Number (UCN/EGN), Personal Number of Foreigner (PNF/LNCH) or Personal Identity Number (PIN), and your date of birth.
  8. If you do not have a UCN, PNF or PIN, you will need to complete the Real Money Form (RMF) first including entering an ID number before submitting copies of a government-issued ID (Passport, Driving License, National ID card or any other valid proof of identity) and an address verification document (such as utility bills, a bank statement or any other valid proof of address), proving that you are a resident of Bulgaria.
  9. We will use this information to check whether your name appears on the Bulgarian self-exclusion list. We will be unable to create an account for you if your name appears on that list. If you already have an account with us, but you have not provided this information, then your account will be suspended until you provide us with the required information.
  10. If you are unable to provide this information when asked, or we discover that you are on the Bulgarian self-exclusion list, then your account will be blocked and we will return any positive balance on it to you.
  11. Your account can only be un-blocked when we can verify that you are no longer on the Bulgarian self-exclusion list, or when you provide the requested verification documents.
  12. PokerStars retains authority over the issuing, maintenance, and closing of users' accounts on the www.pokerstars.bg website. The decision of PokerStars' management, with regards to any aspect of a user's account, use of PokerStars services, or dispute resolution, is final and shall not be open to review or appeal. The account created by a user is known as a Stars Account.
  13. The user's Stars Account provides access to the www.pokerstars.bg website, made available to you by PokerStars, as applicable to your geographical location.
  14. PokerStars reserves the right at any time to request from you evidence of age in order to ensure that minors are not using our services. We further reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account and exclude you, temporarily or permanently, from using our services if satisfactory proof of age is not provided or if we suspect that you are underage.

In order to verify your identity, age, physical address and/or source of funds and meet our regulatory obligations, we may ask that you provide personal details and/or documentation (such as a copy of your passport, proof of address or payment method details) from time to time.
