How can I transfer real money to another player?

You can transfer real money to another player only if the transfer feature is available in your region.

To start a transfer, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Open the 'Cashier'.
3. Select 'Transfer to Player'.
4. Enter the recipient's username
5. Enter the amount and any instructions for support if needed.
6. Review and confirm the details on the screen.
7. Select 'Submit Transfer Request'.

What happens when I submit a transfer request?

After you submit a transfer request, it is reviewed by the Support team.

The transfer will only be completed once it has been approved.

Why do you need my identification documents?

We may request identification documents from you and the recipient.

This is required to:

• meet regulatory requirements
• protect the transfer feature's security

Why can't I find the transfer option on my account?

The transfer feature is not available in all regions.

If you don't see the 'Transfer to Player' option in the 'Cashier', it means the feature isn't available in your location.

Can I withdraw funds transferred from another player?

No. Funds received through player-to-player transfers cannot be withdrawn.

The transfer feature is intended to help players fund their accounts for gameplay.

What funds can I transfer?

You can only transfer funds that come from winnings.

Funds from deposits or from other player transfers cannot be transferred.

Why are transfers reviewed?

All transfer requests are subject to review.

This helps prevent misuse and ensures the integrity of the transfer system.

Can I support another player without using the transfer feature?

If you want to support another player without playing yourself, you must use an external money transfer service on a site other than ours.
