Why can't I transfer Play Money to other players on your site?

We're giving you lots of chips through our free top-up feature. That's why we don't offer Play Money transfers.

How can I top up?

You can refill your Play Money balance with 15,000 chips every 4 hours.

• The top-up option is available in the 'Cashier', under 'Account' (on our app) or while playing.
• Just look for the 'Collect Chips' or 'Free Chips' or 'Add Chips' button.
• You might notice a cap of 500,000 chips for the free chips feature (if applicable to your license).
  • If so, the top-up option will pause until your balance drops below this number.
