Automated report request

You can ask for your hand histories, tournaments played and player transfers - if available - using our chatbot.

Log in to your account, select ‘Contact Us’ and enter 'Poker' in the chatbot console. From there, select 'Poker' and then 'Request a Report'. Generate your report by following the instructions.

Alternatively, you can type which report you want and then follow the instructions.

Once you've completed this, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to download it.
