What is a release bonus?

A release bonus becomes real money after you earn enough redemption points.

• You receive the funds once you reach the required number of redemption points before the expiry date
• Redemption points are earned by playing eligible real money games
• Each bonus has its own point requirement and expiry date
• You receive the bonus only after all conditions are met

 

What are pending bonuses?

Pending bonuses are bonuses you have claimed but not yet released.

You must earn additional redemption points to convert them into real money.

If you have multiple pending bonuses, redemption points apply automatically in this order:

1. Bonus with the most points already earned
2. Bonus closest to expiry
3. Oldest pending bonus

You cannot change this order.

 

What is a Deposit Bonus?

A Deposit Bonus is awarded after making a qualifying real money deposit.

The amount and conditions depend on the promotion terms.

To qualify:

• Complete a real money deposit
• Use an available method from the ‘Cashier’

Bonus rules

Can withdrawals affect my bonuses?

Withdrawals affect only bonuses you have not yet claimed.

• Claimed or pending bonuses are not affected
• Before confirming a withdrawal, you will see which promotions will be lost
• If you continue, those promotions become unavailable

 

Do I need to wager bonus funds before withdrawing?

Yes. Bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
