How do I make an online bank transfer deposit?

1. Log in to your account.
2. If you're using our website or app,
   open the 'Cashier':
   
   
   
3. Select ‘Online Bank Transfer’.
4. Enter the amount (and bonus code if applicable).
5. Choose your bank.
6. Log in to your online banking.
7. Authorize the transfer.
8. Return to the ‘Cashier’ and confirm.
   • You have 10 minutes to authorize it before the session expires.
9. After authorizing the transfer, return to the 'Cashier'.
10. Select the green button to continue.

 

Will I receive confirmation for my online bank transfer deposit?

Yes. You will receive an automatic email confirmation with your transaction details.
